[Thread Backward] Re: Mileage/Power break-inMsg # 5116 of 8004 on Powerstroke Diesel Conference (1)To: Mike McLaughlin, From: Randyr Time: Tuesday 01-27-98, 04:49 pm Don't have anything to pull yet. I drove a 93 IDI with the banks kit, and a 94 IDI with the ford turbo,as well as two or three other new PSD's and the 93 seems about as powerful as the PSD and the 94 seemed close to the same. In fact I personaly believe that the PSD is noisier than an IDI not quieter. I beleive the real seat of the pants difference would be felt when under heavy load not empty.
