XLT door panels loose?

Anybody else have trouble with loose door panels on
their truck?  Like so loose as to rattle and pull
the six, or so, screws along the bottom 1/4" away
from the panel and strip out the holes?  Anyone
with more machining/metalworking experience than me
know if there is an elegant way to fix the hole so
as to not have to put in an oversize screw (last
resort)?  A U-shaped speed nut is no good since
there is no way behind the panel.
