This in turn puts a severe strain on the master cyl. and especially the slave cylinder. The first clue is you feel kind of a scrapeing in your foot as you depress the clutch. There may be a TSB on it I can't remember. About once a year I lube the collar, and that takes care of it. It's hard to do, but you can lube it effectively without removing anything but the clutch fork and the slave cylinder. If you want the particulars get back to me. JD -Any TSB's on this?
