I had a 1993 ford diesel that I put a turbo and all
the extras on and threw a rod while it was still
under warranty. Ford would not even come close to
paying for one dime of this. I argued with them
for weeks and had ATS send them information. I
finally got a lawyer but ended up dropping the case
as in the end he told me I probaly wouldn't win and
if I did it was going to cost me 10 times what the
new engine would. I had him send them some letters
and threaten of a lawsuit but they wouldn't even
talk to us about it. They just said go ahead and
take it to court. I am very leary about modifying
the engine in any way after this. On Wednesday
