Clutch Master Cylinder

Msg # 5188 of 8004 on Powerstroke Diesel Conference (1)

The Clutch Master Cylinder on my F-250  4x4 with
78K miles seized up, causing its shaft to snap off.
Result was the clutch could not be disengaged.
After the truck was stopped, there was no way to
get it back into any gear.
Truck and 5th wheel trailer I was was towing had to
be towed to dealer for repair.
Has anyone else had this problem? 
Any TSB's on this?  Repairs were $300, towing bill
$80.
