Well, I wish I could have stayed longer. Never mention to
your Boss about your weekend plans. He may have some work for you to perform and ruin your
weekend.
I drove up Saturday and spent around 45 minutes at the
rally chatting it up with Sid, Smokey, and a few others. I didn't know exactly how
beautiful Lake Texoma was until I actually got there. By the looks of the license plates,
Texans dominated the rally but I noticed plates from Colorado, Kansas, and points beyond
as well. Well, I am rambling again. On to the pictures!

I am guessing this is Jamie Contouris's truck. Jamie sold T-Shirts at the rally but I
didn't have the pleasure of meeting him.

This ugly guy needs little introduction :) This is the man, the myth, and the
legend, SmokeyWren!

One of the "Less than Stock" Trucks at the rally. If this is your vehicle, let
me know and I will link your name to it

Another fine looking vehicle. Thanks for stopping and letting me take your picture!

Even an Excursion showed up.

More trucks

Guess what Brent drove to a Power Stroke Rally?

And the man with T-Red (See
site article) brought T-Bat-outta-hell. The guys on the right are witnessing a
Exhaust Brake install I think...

Another shot of the install.

The vendors seemed to be happy. THe B-D people sold 5 of their wares by the time I showed
up.

The B-D booth

B-D went all out on this one.

People watching the guys install the gauges into Sid's Truck. So this is why Sid held the
rally....

More of the Gauge install.

Sid's Dad brought the grill. 50lbs of brisket ought to be enough for this bunch.

This picture does not do this pile of crawfish justice. This is a shot of the back of a
S-10 pickup loaded to
the rails with crawfish

The organizer of this shindig, Sid MacAllister and his truck.
And last but not least...

Me with Lake Texoma in the background.
See y'all next year! I promise I will stay a little longer
:)
