VANNIES YOUR EGT'S

Compare EGT'S
Test - Ambient temp 40deg, 65 mph, flat road, 3miles,400lb load in van.

My data: gauge post, mounted 1in from EPR. Driven at 60 on CC due to speedo error, 60mph on speedo = 64.5mph. O.D. on. Propane was leaned out as much as possible, running just enough to kick off fuel.

Test: A- 3lbs boost, 425deg ex, 240deg oil temp
B- + 10X MOD- 3.5lbs boost, 425deg ex, 240 oil
C- 10X + Propane- 4lbs boost, 400deg ex, 240 oil. Propane tank iced up again during test.

What are your numbers?
