What a Bozo…..I like how he is telling us that the speed limit is 80 for cars, 70 for trucks and he can only make about 57 MPH….while he is hogging the hammer lane and cars are forced to pass him on the right!
If I were the judge I’d give him a ticket for obstructing traffic after the fact.
