You left out the BD version of the so-called "electronic" exhaust brake.
If I were buying one today, I'd probably choose either the SP-Diesel with the torque-converter lockup option, or the BD BrakeLoc, also with the torque converter lockup included.

Note that the one for the automagic tranny costs $395, but it includes the torque converter lockup stuff. The one for the stick shifters is half that price because it doesn't have to worry about locking up the torque converter.
