Ok, if it checks out the same whether the other stuff is on or off, then you may have another issue. One thing I would check is the battery cable nearest your hot side IC tube (passenger side). When I changed out my alternator earlier this year, that cable had been rubbing on the IC tube. If yours is and has rubbed through, it might be affecting the alternator's ability to work right. If everything there checks out, then it's likely your alternator is fixing to take a dump on ya....

(BTW, I am running the amp in my sig, a Sirius Sportster 4 radio and a fairly high power CB on mine. My voltage according to my AIC is usually in the mid to high 13's while running down the road. At a stop light, it may drop into the low 13's... If that helps ya at all...)
