Excessive wind noise on 2008 F350...

Well, I finally got to pick up my new baby today. Black KR F350 SRW CC 6.4 PSD. I was so stoked to finally get her and drive it off the lot!

Until about 2 miles down the road when I hit highway speed. The passenger door doesn't seem do seal near the top of the door and the wind noise was absolutely awful. No noise at all from the driver side. After investigating, there is definitely a spot in the rubber seal that doesn't seam to compress around the top of the door as well as the driver side. At first, I thought it would just be the door seal but as I investigated further, the passenger door is visibly pulled out further from the cab than on the driver's side. Almost like the door is bent.

I've owned an '02, '04, '06 and now an '08 SuperDuty and only now have I ever encountered a problem like this. Anyone else with similar experience on the SD?
