The 15.3 seems about right for mine at that speed, but I see much better than you at 70mph. I tend to see high eighteen's, low 19's assuming that the trip is say 100 miles, etc.

PS - Hook a heavy trailer to it and pull for 100 miles and then try the 70 test . . .I can't prove it, but I sure seem to get better mpg after running my EGT's around 900 for a couple of hours.
