Re: Anyone with a ATS Trans??

[ QUOTE ]
Just ordered an ATS high performance transmission with billet input, deep pan, upgraded components, and 5 star converter. Has anyone else bought one of these or drove a 6.0 with one? If so, what was your experience and thoughts on it? I did a lot of research on all the major trannys out for the 6.0, and for the price and setup this fit me the best. Thanks as always!

Not for a 6.0L but my stock 7.3. The first one went bad after a few hundred miles. I had to pay for removal and shipping. I have since received the second trans which I paid for install and that one is bad also. I am now paying the local shop to diagnose and report back to ATS their findings. Thousands of dollars have been spent and I still have no truck to drive! I would NOT recommend ATS to anyone.
