Exhaust Brake

I have a 2005 F250 6.0SD 4x4 with automatic. I tow 12,000 pounds plus and it can sometimes be a bear to slow down on a steep grade. I see That BD now makes an exhaust brake for the 6.0 automatic. If I was to use this does anyone know if it will affect my warranty?
