fitting 33's on 96 2wd

hey guys i'm lookin at some used toyo open country a/t's on 17's. Rite now i got the stock iron rims wit hubcaps that are 16's. The big question is can i fit those 33's on my 2wd without a lift? I'm eventually lookin into getting the fabtech 4in lift but thas a lil too much for my budget rite now. Any info would b kool....
