REAR SPRING #'S ON THE SPRING QUESTION/"W" FRONT SPRING COMMENTS

I got a set of doner springs new take offs & they had the overloads on them which I removed & was told they were off a 06 F350.My question is out of all the info that there is on springs & VC lable ID's I can't match my spring #'s to find out what I installed??They are marked:R21966C75DA.They picked up the truck 2 1/4" with using the old X spring bottom as a spacer to use the same center bolt.

Second part is I wanted some feed back from anyone that has used a W or X front code spring & if it was not too rough??
Thanks!
