I too was thinking about that but so far I cannot tell if this is an issue. It drives fine with a little softer ride yet feels solid on bumps. I like the difference so far.
But wouldn't an air bag decrease the engagement of the bottom leaf from the variable leaf even further and thus increase the potential of spring wrap?
