I agree you dont buy a V10 if you are looking for great mileage. When I did the research prior to buying it, I thought based on various posts, to expect around11-12 in town and maybe 9-10 towing. Well, I found out later that is if you get the 3.73 axle, not the 4.10. So I am still in the attitude adjusting phase. Otherwise, I like the truck but I will say that if I did alot of towing and not just weekends and vacations, that the diesel would definately be the way to go.
