I have a F450 w/4.30 rear. It runs about 1800rpm at 55mph and doesn't hit 2100rpm until 65mph. Accounting for tire sizes your F350 should be within 2% of the same rpms with 4.30 rear.

Great truck you have and I'm sure you'll be happy with the TowBoss package. I was planning on a F350 until I ordered 36TK3 Mobile Suites with 18,500# GVWR.
