Well, I'd say you KNOW where the h2o got in from. If it were mine I'd be tempted to pull a couple of main and rod bearing caps, plastigage them to be sure the tolerances are OK, and if not, go for new bearings. Hate to see you have to tear her down again later, especially since you are into it so deep anyways.
