Ford's "incentive" APRs are set in stone. Also except for specific offers you will either get the rebates or the APR but usually not both.
The best deal is to get financing through your Credit Union and then take all the rebates. Depending on the amount of the rebate it can still be a better deal to get a slightly higher APR from your CU with the rebate then to take Ford's lower APR without one. Your CU should (I know mine does) have a calculator on their site to help figure this out.
