floorboard vibrations

Hello all. I have a pretty good vibration going on in my floorboard. I start to get it at around 55mph, and it is VERY pronounced at 60MPH +. If I really step on it, I can feel it too. But with just normal accelerating (for me), I get at the speeds above. I have had the front shaft u joints replaced. All of which I can be greased now. Transfer case has good fluid quantity. I had the guy check the rear shaft too, and it was fine. Would the front wheel bearings do this? There may be a loud hum as I feel the vibration. I know I have a ripped boot on the drivers side outer tie rod end, and I have to keep greasing it. Perhaps this may be an issue. Though I do not feel anything in the steering. It is all under my feet. Any ideas? Has anyone had anything like this? Thanks, TOM
