The first production bikes with ram air came in 1989. All of the faster, hyper bikes have it now. In 1994, I got my first ram air bike, and at Daytona, I was really surprised how the ram air helped at around 80MPH and up.
You can't measure that on a dyno though because you can't jam that much air into an air box sitting still.
On a bike, there's usually a longer tube leading to the air box, and that tube will have an area where water can drop down and drain out.
