As far as I can tell CC only and I don't think they will ever make anything smaller, but I guess you never know.
6 to 8 weeks is the normal time, but now that Job2 is being built (starts to run on the line Monday) and I am sure orders are falling off the table for the 1st runs... I would think if you oder now, you could be at the higher end of 8+ weeks.
