GeorgeC is correct, somewhere (most likley the down pipe) the system is on the trucks frame and or engine or both. The 6.0 system is a two piece down pipe and the odds are they loosely installed it and then didn't check out all the pipes before they tightened everything for the final time. They should correct it for you and if not you will need to get under the truck and start at the front and use a flashlight if necessary to see where it's contacting the engine and or frame or both. Hopefully they will be good and take cre of you, and hopefully they didn't go Gorilla crazy with the clamps when tightening it up, it could make it tough to get it to move now if they did.
