Lift Kits for 2008 F-250
I just purchased a 2008 F-250 FX4 and I'm planning on lifting it w/in the next few months. I traded in a 2003 F-250 w/an 8" Fabtech Coil-over conversion kit on it and I did not like the ride. I do not want to go too high on the new truck. I've been seeing alot of Donahoe Racing 4.5" kits on the 08's w/37" tires. Are there any issues w/clearance? When off-roading do the tires rub on the wheel well?? My 38" tires would hit my wheel wells when off-roading and that was with an 8" lift. What lift kits are you guys using and how's the ride??
P.S.
I'm looking at the followin kits:
1) 6" ProComp Double XX
2) 6" Rize Kit w/King Reservoir Shocks
3) 4.5" Donahoe Racing
With any of the kits above I will be going w/37x13.5x20 Toyo Open Country MT's and 20" wheels.
Please help w/you feedback. I posted a pic of my new truck below.
Thank You!
