30 minutes is nothing. Problems with WVO/RUG can take about a thousand miles to show up.
I'm not a fan of using WMO in engines, with the issues of dissolved metals going through the injectors to emissions due to burning oil in the first place turned me off right there.
With all the work you've put into getting your 6.9 up and running, I'd be reticent to run that through your engine.
It's your decision, but I heartily recommend biodiesel.
