Very cool. Thanks for your effort. I'm also curious about reaction with other metals.

I've seen the most severe polymerization in a steel tank w/copper heat exchanger, and also saw it in an aluminum tank w/copper HE.

It is interesting you didn't get the reaction until higher temps...
Those temps are much higher than most would see in a conversion system or even pre-filtering.
