Re: HIH vs HOH

i bought a grease car kit and have spent lots of time re-doing alomost everything. now im runing HIH from the wvo tank to the IP. and have had no issues with leaks. im also runing vo all year long. with no problems yet. if you go with the HIH hit up lows or home depot you can get a brass T fitting with threads on the inside. they come in all sizes depending on what size heater hose you are using. thread on a compression nut fitting using PEX or aluminum fuel line in side of it. you can get hose barbed things to thread on to the other parts of the T fitting. i uesd pex cuz its cheaper and no polermazation (i cant spell that work atall) issues. vo goes: tank through HIH to heated vo filter then HIH to valve A. clear fuel line (4 inches) to to lift pump. HIH from lift pump to IP. so when diesel goes to valve A then it goes to the lift pump and out through HIH also befor the IP. better for the winter. i have both vo and diesel filters wraped in soft copper coil to keep them hot. this winter im not going with a bloc heater. im using a in-line coolent heater. so it will warm up everything down to my HIH, copper coil around the filters and vo tank. i cant waite for winer this year! hope this helped...
