Basically you have a 55gal barrel with a cone on the bottom, a pipe line that connects to the cone and goes back to the top, with a pump somewhere along the line. and where it goes back to the top of the barrel you need another outlet so you can transfer the bio to your drying tank or another barrel for that matter. You'll also notice that we put a section o<span style='font-size: 8pt'>[/size]f pipe straight down from the main line (below the cone), remember you need a way to drain off the glycerin.

Directions</u>
<u>Buy a sheet of thick plywood</u> (to place the barrel on)
<u>8 2"x4" pieces of wood to build a stand for the processor</u>(length will be determined when you get your plywood)
<u>Next cut the top and bottom out of a 55 gal barrel</u>
<u>Now cut two holes near the bottom of the barrel to weld in your nipples for the heating elements</u>
<u>Weld the nipples in</u>
<u>Now make a circle out of sheet metal</u> (needs to be much bigger than the barrel mouth)
<u>Cut a hole in the center of the barrel</u> (for the Nipple that goes to the pipeline)
<u>Now cut from that hole to the out side of the circle and over lap the metal on itself</u> (elementary shapes, a circle will make a cone).
<u>Weld the actual cone itself so it is water tight</u>
<u>Weld the nipple to the bottom of the cone</u>
<u>Now weld the cone to the barrel</u>
<u>Next Cut a hole in the plywood base</u> you built so it is just smaller than the circumference of the barrel
<u>Now you pipe it</u>, look at my pics and see where your shut offs should be
<u>
Finally use common sense</u> </span>when piping the barrel up.

Ended up costing around $100 because we already had the piping, barrels, heating elements, and our buddy tig welded our stainless steel tank for free to put the stainless nipples in. We just had to purchase the pump and the shutoffs.
