Thinking about it WVO/WMO

Ok im new to all of this and think about trying to mix and make my fuel .I have read all the stuff about filtering on hear but theres the water that also scares me so after talking with my dad he came up with this idea of using a refrigant recovery tank 90 lb. and pumping in the filtered WVO or WMO and putting a vacume on the the tank for a day or more to remove all the water. It works on freon and the oil in it and the tank has a liquid and gas line so im looking for any and all thoughts on this Thanks
