if these are what i think they are and go under the factory spring mount, then the axle will be shifted over to the drivers side unless you get a new track bar drop bracket.
and unless you have a fx4 truck (the shocks are a little longer for some odd reason and work well with the leveling kits) i wouldnt use the factory shocks.
