Along the way she found a fellow pilot dude to sponsor her getting into whatever special program she is in to fly fighters. From what she says you essentially have to be a triathlon, never had a broken bone, and some other requirements you wouldn't immediately think about. </div></div>
Good luck getting a clearance/commission if she tells them she was a stripper.
To answer the original quesion, yes they can, there are numerous female fighter pilots in the USAF, some would even argue they are better suited for the role as the guys that run the Centrifuge for their training claim they have NEVER G-locked a female, something to do with them having more lower body stength for their size so they have less problems keeping blood in their brains.
