THEY DO EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS whoops sorry. Even the slightest odd ball things can stop a fighter career. He/she could by flying around in a FA-18, F-16 or even a F-22 Raptor with a Nuclear load and they want to know you won't fly off and sell it for TIPS.
