If you need different pressures front and rear you should have a TPMS reset tool (fob), if so, have you tried the TPMS reset procedure listed in the owners manual? Check the spare tire pressure also. I can not remember if sensors are installed in them or not.
If none of that helps, the dealer is going to need to take a look at it.
