Do a search on cackle and you'll find a wav file that lets you hear what it sounds like..... To me it sounds like a hammer hitting steel. ie. TANG, TANG, TANG...
I put on a high pressure oil cross over and a ITP pre fuel pump mod and it mostly went away.....
From everything I've read, it's not something to be overly concernd about.....
