Whoa there horse2. Gave up smoking a while back (some days though). We are talking "Idle Knock" here. Part of the cackle problem and if you have ever heard it, you will not forget it. Sounds like the bottom end is gonna fall out right there in the driveway. Scared the cr-p out of me when mine did it. It is different than the ball pen hammer rattle in that 1,600 rpm range. Mine does one that nicely on winter fuel.
