In 379,000 miles I haven't needed or added any additives to my truck & it runs just fine. Still has the original fuel pump & injectors

NO, if I run strait ULSD for several tanks and then use the oil I DO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE. My truck has a lope when it idles (old injectors) very noticeable the truck rocks and shakes. If I am running 2-stroke the truck runs a lot better. You may want see a doctor for your sensory deficit if you can't tell when your truck it running rite.
