Ted, I understand they only know what they are told and told what to say. I had made that call just to see what Ford would say.
What most of us what to know is do the Mexican Dealerships get new trucks to sell with out the DOC/DPF's. So we can get are trucks retrofitted for use south of the boarder. Retrofitted by FORD as not VOID our warranties.
