Efficient de-watering?

Is there a better way to dry oil? Hell is there ANY way to dry WVO. Water heater will only hit 150. After heating and circulating all night (12 hours), vent hose was dry and not a drop out of it. Tested oil and still water logged. Gotta be a better way.
