I'll address only what I can directly answer, which is about half of what you asked for and the data is about 3 weeks old:

Delivery time: 8-10 weeks.
Incentives: 0% financing OR $3500 rebates till end of Feb.....the dealer expected it to be extended or re-entered soon. If there is a rebate at the time of order and expires before delivery, you lose as it doesn't carry over. I understand the one that ends this month had a two month run, but I could be wrong.
Trade In: I received roughly 2/3 of the computed street value of my truck using NADA. The amount was within about $300 of what 1 IL and two local dealers was quoting. But, I did not authorize a $3K dollar repair (injectors were toast from a hydrolock). I was in a pickle and the truck I did purchase was below the "build price" online before the rebates and delivered from out of state. I am sure the price could have been lower if the truck didn't need repairs to move, but like I said, I was in a bind. Additionally, I came to the table with my own financing.
Like they all say, sell yourself; that was my original plan...order and sell during the wait, but had to change mid-stream.
