its alot of work.you will need a complete donor truck.you will need to swap every bit of wiring under the hood and dash.complete dash removal is required.im not sure but i believe the input shaft on the zf is different between the idi and psd trannys.but im sure somebody will correct me if im wrong.the psd will bolt right into your truck with no mods to the frame or anything.but you will also need the 94.5-97 psd radiator support as the psd radiator is larger than the idi radiator.you also need all the accesories and brackets for the psd.
only way id consider doing this is if you got ahold of a donor truck dirt cheap and your 93 was in almost perfect condition
