Yeah, you don't add water to the fuel at all. You have a separate container of water and the electrolosis separates the hydrogen from the oxygen and forms a brown hydrogen gass (two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen). The little bit of gas is then piped into the intake where it mixes with the intake air and is burned that way. Kinda like a propane fogger or nitrous fogger.

What would spook me is the temeratures that are created. Hydrogen burns crazy hot with the oxygen mixed in. It could be bad for the valves and valve seats since its not regulated. Also what happens if you have an intercooler and you end up with a fair amount of gas in all that intake and then for some reason under hard acceleration you have a situation where the gas would ignite prior to entering the combustion chamber and then the whole damn intake system explodes. That might not happen, but hey it could.
