Sold on DP Tuner, but need to know Options

I already emailed, but havew more questions....

New to diesels, but not new to High Performance vehicles or turning a wrench.

I have a 2000PSD in an F-250. I have the Trans/Boost/Pyro gage, but I will eventually be relocating the pyro gage as right now its post Turbo in the Banks Downpipe.

Installed on the Truck is Banks Wastegate/Banks Charge Cooler/AFE Stage II Intake/Banks Moster Exhaust... and p[ossibly other Banks stuff such as turbo tweaks and shift kit. My shifts are nice and Firm.

I understand you guys do a piggy back or interceptor style chips for these trucks. I know handheld tuners can change parameters with the transmission and correct for gearing and tire changes.

Main focus on this truck is to get good MPG both wile on long trips and while pulling a 4000lb boat/trailer/water toys/gas combo.

Do you guys have the option of loading the tunes on a SCT Tuner/Scanner or does this older 7.3s only work with the "Chip".

I am leaning towards the 80Tow/80Econo/High Idle/No Start combo.

Please educate me on what is available before I call to discuss pricing.
