were you running the AC or the defrosters on the way home? Either on turns on the AC. And if the drain tube is blocked, moisture will build up and can fog your window when you stop.
Find AC drain tube ( water drips out of it when you use the AC - or at least it is supposed to) and try and blow air up it.
