Possible FailingTurbo

Hi everyone. The last few days I noticed when I let off the throttle I get a growling noise that seems to be coming from the turbo. The truck runs great When on the throttle no sound at all. As soon as let my foot off the noise is there. I can actually hear it over the radio. Also when I shut down I get it. When I shut down the turbo it sounds like it's growling when spooling down. I only have just over 8000 miles on the truck. It's been running perfect up to now. The dealer won't be able to look at it for at least a week and a half. I'm going to put my code reader on it this morning. Any suggestions/ideas?
