sorry I can't help, but I had a 2001 Supercrew with a 5.4L and it did the same thing, it would have a terrible miss getting up to speed, sometimes really bad sometimes not at all. the were no codes stored in the computer, I eventually changed the fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body, and changed the plugs and coil packs, and the problem seemed to go away for a while but definatly did come back jsut as bad as before. I sold the truck before I ever resolved the problem, but boy did it drive me nuts trying to diagnose it.

I;m curious to find out the cause of your problem....
