I thought that the pumps stated 15ppm's for ulsf and 500 for lsf? At least in my area they do. Pulled into a Sunoco and it's pump read 500ppm. Had to travel to a BP and they had the ultra low. I too thought they had to switch before the 1st of January of 07 here in western Pa.
