Its the 88 that needs help

Thanks Pete, Its the 88 that needs help.I`m going to take apart the dash next week to see if I could find a ground problem. When I turn the switch on the left side of the dash by my left knee, I hear a click, click and keeps going and the volt meter is going beserk on the dash near the other guages, but nothing happens w/ the motor or wipers.
The 92 is going today. A friend bought so he could start the blending thing I`ve been doing.
Its funny, I never knew it had a wire for the block heater, so I finally found one when I was messin around the other day and hooked up a male end to it and it worked great. But since I used it twice, there is a fluid leak somewhere(looks like oil) and I can`t find out where its coming from .Its looks like it is coming from the middle of the front part of the engine where some lines go to and from a small looking radiator infront of the big radiator.Any ideas before I get rid of it this morning? I`m going out there in a little while,i`ll check back. All fluid levels are fine.Rob
