ATS Housing and factory exhaust
Will the ATS housing eliminate surge even with factory exhaust? Actually the exhaust is a little modified with a BTM straigh flow muffler.
I was towing my new toyhauler this weekend 8000# and against going up grade to maintain over 65 she wants to surge like crazy. The truck doesnt want to down shift and will surge until I turn the OD off then the surge noise goes away.
I dont get over 1000F exhaust temp with my current exhaust set up so I didnt plan on changing to 4in exhaust.
